This page brings together our official statements and policies so clients and partners can access the source documents we work to. You’ll find our Modern Slavery Statement, QHSE Policy, Commitment to Community Participation, and our current Capability Statement, all written for the Australian context and signed off by leadership.
VQS Capital Pty Ltd (VQS Group) describes its structure (including subsidiaries), operations and primarily domestic supply chain, and states it voluntarily publishes this Statement even if below the Act’s reporting threshold. It sets out risk assessment (overall low to moderate), due-diligence actions via its ISO-based management system, supplier vetting/contract clauses, internal workforce controls, training and awareness, and ongoing monitoring with annual review. The Statement is approved and signed by the Managing Director.
Our Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Policy sets the quality objective, confirms moral and legal responsibility to provide a safe and healthy work environment, and commits to environmental protection. The policy lists commitments including: maintaining and improving an integrated QHSE management system compliant with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 (and AS/NZA 4801:2001), measurable objectives, compliance with legislation and current industry standards, eliminating hazards and reducing OH&S risks, worker consultation and participation, continual improvement of environmental performance, and waste minimisation. The policy is signed by the Managing Director.
Our Commitment to Community Participation affirms alignment with NSW Government’s Aboriginal Participation in Construction (APiC) policy requiring at least 1.5% of contract value to support Aboriginal participation, and sets an internal target of 3-5% on qualifying projects. Details implementation strategies, roles and responsibilities, and alignment with relevant policies in other jurisdictions. Approved and signed by the Managing Director.
Our Civil Construction Capability Statement covers the overview of our company, core values, and ISO 9001/14001/45001 certifications embedded in delivery. It describes sector capabilities and how the team combines experience with a forward-thinking approach to deliver compliant, reliable infrastructure nationally.
